Constant demands tug for your attention and pull you away from the reason you became a leader. Systemic noise muddles your clarity. Outside clutter gets in the way of what you’re able to see within yourself.
All of this creates a disconnect between the frequency of your inner terrain and the beautiful new structures, mindsets, and practices you’re trying to grow.

What makes this work unique
This isn’t coaching, counseling, or standard strategic planning. Our work together creates a relational and generative space woven with three golden threads:
Inside is outside.
Everything you build externally emerges from your inner terrain. For every possibility you want to grow, we’ll examine both your inner landscape and your organizational context.
Frequency is form.
Leadership work can very quickly detach from the essence of children. Our work holds the frequency of children as sacred and central. We’ll consistently attune and recalibrate so you learn to sustain your clearest child frequency through whatever noise and clutter you encounter in the outside world.
Whole is free.
This is a place where you can breathe, bring your full self, listen deeply, and navigate the many (simultaneous) dimensions of your life and leadership. The whole of you is the soil that determines the strength and stretch of what you seed.
The shape of our work
We’ll meet twice a month for 60-minute sessions. Each session will have a clear structure and allow space for what emerges. We’ll move between your inner and outer worlds as we concretely discuss, wonder, and create possibilities for you to bring into your practice immediately.
Between sessions you’ll have one focused question, practice, or invitation to explore in yourself and your context. We’ll continuously loop back and integrate what emerges along the way as we honor the shape (and wisdom) of the spiral.
We’ll create together within a container of 6-months or 10-months. This scope provides for deeply rooted and impactful recalibration, nourishment, accountability, and ongoing practice as you weave your resonant clarity into your daily leadership.
Alongside our sessions, I’ll create a private webpage exclusively for you. This will become a richly layered archive to document the questions and through-lines that emerge in our sessions and store the frameworks, invitations, and guiding practices for you to easily access and utilize in ongoing ways. It will also be a place where I share additional resources to support you along the way. This will become your own customized “course” to return to again and again long after our work concludes.
The flow of our sessions
Our bi-monthly calls aren’t another meeting on your calendar. They operate as a parallel space to the time-based happenings around you, a sanctuary for you to access the well of wisdom within yourself.
Sessions will flow as conversational experiences layered with descriptive noticing, nuanced wondering, meditation, somatic attention, reflection, and dreamful attunement. You might feel swirls of overwhelm or urgency when you arrive, but you’ll leave our sessions grounded, nourished, and aligned.
This work is not designed to add more to your plate, it’s designed to expand your clarity, capacity, and consistency so your work flows as a truthful, soulful extension of who you are.
Holding space for our work together
To honor the integrity of this work and ensure I can be fully present, I choose to work with only two to three leaders within the same span of time.
During our initial connection call, we’ll discuss the possibilities for each scope of work (6 months or 10 months) so you can sense into which feels best for you. We’ll also discuss next steps and how this work connects with your wider calendar and commitments.
Because I customize our work to your specific organizational context and personal rhythm, the financial structure will be shared and discussed transparently during our connection call.
