A 5-week asynchronous course devoted to nurturing your creative-somatic practice for our collective pollination
Weekly course content includes: a guiding focus (inspired by a playful word-being); 2-3 simple somatic-creative practices you can integrate throughout your week; reflection prompts for journaling, wondering, or meditation; an audio transmission intended to describe, inspire, and connect with you in your process.
A 40-minute 1:1 session is also included in the course (for you to schedule at a time that works for you).
