Children Whole and Free is an 11-week self-guided course for parents, grandparents, educators, mentors, and caregivers who want to nourish a strong foundation for children to know themselves as whole and free.
The course includes: prompts to expand what you notice in yourself, your child, and the environment; small invitations for you to try out in ordinary daily moments with your child/ren; rich reflection opportunities to support your integration of course material; supplemental resources relevant to the week’s content (books, websites, other); playlists; and guiding questions to support coherence and connection across layers of the course.
